Two months after the amazing 2022 Winners Announcement, the WPC Governing Committee is happy to announce that the World Photographic Cup 2023, edition number 10, is open! Team captains can register their National Teams through the WPC website www.worldphotographiccup.org or confirming their team information by sending an email to info@worldphotographiccup.org
Some changes announced
For the next edition, the rules present some changes. The WPC Governing Committee added 2 new categories to the competition and re-defined some judging criteria to help teams’ participation and judges’ work. Check on line under “competition 2023” rules section on WPC website. Deadline for registrations will be October 15. After that, a “validation” phase will follow, as well as the judging. The first results will come, as always, next January, at Imaging USA.
The 2023 winners’ announcement will take place in Singapore!
The event will be in cooperation with the local SPDA. Mr George Lin, President of the Singapore Photographic & Digital Imaging Trade Association sayd, “we are most delighted to have the opportunity to host the 10th edition of the Prestigious World Photographic Cup in Singapore. The SPDA Executive Committee is truly thrilled and look forward to welcoming winners, the governing committee, photographers, sponsors and friends of our industry to join us in our sunny, tropical island in March 2023!” The exact date of the event will be communicated soon.
