- Validation November 1st -10th
- Judging opened: November 12th 2023
- Judging closed: December 3rd 2023
- Finalists and Best of Nation Award will be announced at Imaging USA January 30th 2024
- Winners announcement at WPC Awards Ceremony in Dallas Texas at Texas School, April 2024
