WPC is truly a global competition in 2024!

The World Photographic Cup is excited to announce that really for the first time ever – the WPC is truly a global competition!
Teams from around the world have been registering to participate in the upcoming competition, and we have new teams from Africa join the 2024 competition!

We welcome Team South Africa and Team Zimbabwe to the WPC family and wish them and their photographers all the best for the challenge ahead. We also welcome the new team Syria to the competition and team Ukraine returns for 2024 after an extended absence. Expressions of interest have also been received from a number of other Middle Eastern Countries and European nations who have never entered World photographic Cup before!

2024 competition

As we gear up for the 2024 competition, this surge of new teams from across the globe means they, along with our long time supporting teams are preparing their entry, which now is open to the 30 top national images in 10 categories. Allowing more photographers to highlight their work, and more opportunity to reward these images with medals and finalist certificates.

This participation from new nations shows that the unique Olympics style photography competition that is World Photographic Cup is more relevant than ever. The opportunity to be crowned “World Cup Champions” and also celebrate individual photographers’ success is cementing the WPC’s position as a truly global celebration of the art of photography. WPC remains an unwavering beacon of human creativity, emotion, and the ability to capture the essence of life’s most profound moments.

The World Photographic Cup has created a new bespoke judging software platform that will allow individual team members and Team Captains the ability to download their own social media slides and certificates immediately after the awards announcements so that the ability to promote the team and team members success is instant – with WPC doing all the hard work!
